May 1, 2014 marks Joe's one year anniversary as Owner and General Manager of Volvo of Bonita Springs. Joe's leadership has brought a new life, culture and passion to this dealership as his dedication and commitment to excellence are evident throughout. Every detail is overseen personally by Joe, he is present every day as he strives to make Volvo of Bonita Springs the premier Volvo retailer in South Florida.
Joe began his career here in Southwest Florida as a law enforcement officer for the City of Cape Coral. While he enjoyed serving the community, the needs of a growing family caused Joe to rethink his career in public service. With the advice of a family member Joe embarked his automotive career as a sales advisor at a local new car luxury dealership. Joe found that the automotive business was the right opportunity for him to provide for his family, while still helping others.
Through hard work and dedication Joe worked his way through the ranks and helped manage and run an effective new car highline luxury dealership in Naples. With his success in the automotive industry came the opportunity to be the Owner and General Manager of Volvo of Bonita Springs.
Joe believes that having a warm heart, accountability, team spirit and strong work ethic creates a level of service and commitment to treat each client as an honored guests. He expects that all team members take the same approach with his clients and each other. He says “in order to be effective we need to be honest, ethical, come to work to work and support our clients and each other”.
When Joe is not at the dealership he enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 children who are all very active in sports and community events. You could usually find Joe either at the dealership or with his family.
